The Borradaile Trust

Caring for the elderly

The Borradaile Trust is a home for the elderly, situated in Marondera, 70kms east of Harare.  It was built by the Reverend and Mrs Borradaile Bell about 50 years ago.

The warden is Mr Paul Davies and the trust has a management committee of volunteers.

Because of the economic situation in Zimbabwe many of the elderly who live at the home have to rely on financial support from family and friends.  We know of a number of elderly people  who do not have this support and Jacaranda Trust raises funds to specifically help support these people.
